2. Flexible Pricing & Negotiation

At Santosh TechWorks, I prioritize value over rigid pricing structures:

• Negotiability: All rates stated on the portfolio are baseline estimates and are fully negotiable.
• Complexity Adjustment: Final quotes may increase or decrease based on the actual technical complexity, hours required, and specific integration needs.
• Payment Milestones: Projects are typically billed in stages (Discovery, Prototype, Final Delivery) as agreed upon in the project contract.

3. Delivery Timeline Guarantee

I am committed to providing the fastest possible service in the independent market:

• Rapid Tools: Delivered within 15 days.
• Large Systems: Delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
• Timelines are finalized during the Blueprint stage and strictly adhered to unless the client requests scope changes mid-project.

4. Mission: Education Collaboration

I offer special terms for educational institutes:

• Affordability: Services are provided at the lowest possible cost to help modernize learning.
• Free Services: Select tools may be provided free of charge, subject to conditions such as app recommendations or collaborative favors.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership of the production-ready code and assets developed specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in a retainer agreement.
